Mindfulness for Children (and adults)

Mindfulness is about creating the ability for our minds to rest from the day-to-day concerns and being able to focus on the here and now.  This is a tool that is more relevant now than ever before.

It is our hope that giving young people the opportunities to practice not only mindfulness but also exploring emotions and their responses to situations will allow them to grow valuable tools to help them deal with life as they grow themselves.  Improving long-term mental health

We use a 12-session exploration of emotions and feelings based on an ocean adventure meeting different creatures who exhibit different emotions, bringing simple mindful activities into the theme.  Suitable for ages 3-11.
